Sources: Colts, Pagano expected to part ways

The Colts are expected to sever ties with head coach Chuck Pagano, sources tell ESPN. Pagano initially saw great success with a healthy quarterback in Andrew Luck, but Luck's injuries and Pagano's struggles have coincided over the last three seasons.
