Blue Jays sign Freddy Galvis to 1-year deal for infield depth

The Toronto Blue Jays have signed free agent infielder Freddy Galvis to a one-year contract worth $4 million US that includes a club option for the 2020 season. He batted .248 with 13 home runs last season with San Diego.
