Blue Jays sweep season series against A's on Smoak's walk-off single

Justin Smoak drove in the winning run in the 11th inning as the Blue Jays completed a three-game sweep of the visiting Oakland Athletics with a 5-4 win on Sunday afternoon. Toronto also swept the six-game season series.
