Late Blue Jay Halladay likely first-ballot Hall of Famer Tuesday

Former Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Roy Halladay, who died in a plane crash at age 40 in 2017, appears to be a lock to enter the national baseball shrine in Cooperstown, N.Y., in his first year on the ballot. Results will be announced Tuesday night.
